Service Scope

Nawras Labs provides AI voice reception, appointment workflow automation, customer support automation, reporting, integrations, and human handoff support for legitimate business operations.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, using the service only for approved business communication, obtaining any required customer permissions, and ensuring staff follow internal policies.

Responsible Use

Customers may not use Nawras Labs services for spam, robocalling, cold calling, unsolicited marketing, fraud, impersonation, harassment, phishing, unauthorized resale, or any unlawful activity.

No Unverified Certification Claims

Nawras Labs designs workflows with security and privacy best practices, but does not claim certifications such as ISO, SOC 2, HIPAA, government approval, or telecom licensing unless explicitly stated in a written agreement or official certification record.
