Approved Use

Nawras Labs phone numbers and communication workflows are intended only for legitimate business communication.

  • Inbound customer support calls
  • Appointment booking, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling
  • Service-related follow-ups requested by the customer relationship
  • Customer feedback collection
  • Call routing to the appropriate staff member
  • Operational communication related to a real business service

Not Permitted

Nawras Labs does not provide spam, robocalling, cold calling, unsolicited marketing, unauthorized communication services, or number resale.

  • Spam or abusive traffic
  • Cold calling or unsolicited marketing
  • Political campaigns, adult content, gambling traffic, or high-risk financial traffic
  • Fraud, impersonation, harassment, or phishing
  • Unauthorized resale of phone numbers
  • Third-party use without approval

Consent and Opt-out

Customers can request to stop receiving reminders or follow-up communication at any time. Businesses using Nawras Labs workflows are expected to honor customer preferences and use communication features only for approved business purposes.
