Acceptable Use

Nawras Labs services may be used for real business communication connected to customer support, appointments, reminders, follow-ups, feedback, routing, and operational reporting.

Restricted Use

The following uses are not allowed and may result in service suspension or termination.

  • Spam, robocalling, cold calling, or unsolicited marketing
  • Political, adult, gambling, high-risk financial, fraudulent, or impersonation traffic
  • Harassment, phishing, deceptive content, or abuse
  • Unauthorized third-party use
  • Phone number resale or use outside the approved business workflow

Monitoring and Enforcement

Nawras Labs may review workflow configuration, business use cases, traffic patterns, and reported abuse to support responsible use. We may request additional business information before enabling or continuing a workflow.
